Solar panels and whole-house propane generator for electricity, the 3+ bedroom cottage also has a full kitchen, bathroom and heat via a propane heater and a wood stove. This is a cottage for 3 seasons as it sits right now but it wouldn't take much to make it a comfortable place to use in the winter as well. Sitting up on a little knoll overlooking the lake, all the things you would expect at a real Maine cottage are here - a covered porch with rocking chairs, a stone fire pit, a dock and float for swimming and fishing, a natural ramp to put boats of all types in, cleared camping areas for tents and such and a sandy little beach. If privacy is what you are looking for, it really doesn't get better than this. This huge swath of contiguous land is unspoiled and untouched with well over 860 feet of direct frontage on Duckpuddle Pond.
